This class is all about cutting a whole chicken up. It’s more cost effective to process a whole chicken up into cuts for your freezer than it is to purchase cuts.

Class Time: 4pm-7pm

NOTE: This is an "outdoor" class room please dress accordingly to the weather.

  • hands on learning “doing”

  • whole chicken cut into 8 pieces

  • tasting testing (a favorite chicken recipe)

    EXTRA +

  • Extra Chickens for $7.50/pound - deposit ($1 discount for class participant)

  • $10 deposit is added to the class cost.

We will be cutting one whole chicken up with direction. This chicken will be vacuum sealed and labeled for you by you to take home to use right away or put in your freezer for a later day.

List of Extras Purchases at Cutting Class

  • Purchase extra whole chickens to cut up for extra cost $7.50/pound ($1 discount for being part of the class)

    • Extra chicken deposit is $10 per chicken, final cost will be weight times $8.50 minus $10 deposit.

  • Access to our commercial vacuum sealer, extra cost for bags $0.25/bag

note: chickens do not come with innards (heart, liver, gizzard, feet)
