Ingredients

  • 1 Woodbridge boneless chicken breast, butterflied

  • 1 slice Woodbridge Canadian bacon

  • 1 slice of Swiss cheese

  • 1/2 cup corn flakes, crushed (or substitute breadcrumbs)

  • 1 Tbsp. melted butter

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. Pat dry chicken breast and butterfly it open.

  3. Lay the Canadian bacon slice and cheese slice inside the butterflied breast and fold in half.

  4. Brush or dip the chicken breast in the melted butter.

  5. On clean plate put your crushed corn flakes (or your substitute crumbs). ( I grated parmesan cheese into crumbs, you can add herbs or seasonings to crumbs also.)

  6. Lay chicken breast on plate and coat with crumbs.

  7. Lay parchment paper on a baking sheet, place chicken breast on sheet.

  8. Put sheet in oven for 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
